Versão Completa: Problemas em compilar o Gimp

Tudo começou eu em querer compilar o Gimp 2.6.4 que é correção do 2.6.3

Baixei o GEGL, BABL mas mesmo assim o Glib fica acusando de que não está instalado sendo que ele foi o primeiro que instalei
Peguei os debs do site Get deb.

Agora nem o firefox quer pegar. O Linux tá querendo remover 520 MB incluindo coisas que nem tem nada haver como amarok entre outras.

Tá removendo um monte de coisa importante como synaptic, xsane entre outros. QUE LOUCURA!

Open Office. Pena que nem tenho como colar as toneladas de coisas que ele removeu....

Que chatisse! No Janela$ o Gimp já tá funcionando

Que ódio!

Agora vai instalar apenas 29 MB.

Por causa de UM aplicativo e UMA dependencia, o Debian removeu 520 MB.

Isso é um absurdo!

Instalei deb por deb e olha só que ele quer fazer:

Tive um problema parecido quanto eu tentei instalar o k3b...

Meu erro era que eu estava tentando instalar um programa que dependia de diversas dependências que só se encontravam no testing...

Você está usando repositórios misturados ou o stable?

posta aqui como está seu arquivo /etc/apt/xorg.conf.
é misturados . Sinto necessidades de atualizar aplicativos, principalmente quando se é bug corrigido.

Mas voltando ao assunto, esse teu repositório tá uma salada!

Você misturou os 3 (etch (stable) lenny (testing) e sid (unstable)!

Tem até repositório repetido com versão diferente! (deb http://security.debian.org etch/updates main contrib e o deb http://security.debian.org lenny/updates main contrib)

Bom, eu tenho algo a te dizer: você teve sorte de nada de grave ter acontecido ao teu sistema...de agora em diante, terá que escolher um dos três!

Eu te recomendo a escolher o testing, que o mais indicado para usuário (a não ser que seja servidor, daí usa o stable).

Portanto, onde se lê sid/unstable ou etch/stable, substitua por lenny/testing e deixa só esse...veja por exemplo o meu:

Você pode perceber que todos são testing/lenny e todos são diferentes entre si.
Eu compilo uma coisa e outra é pedida... tenho as duas pra compilar mas como eu vou conseguir se uma pede a outra e vice-versa?
