Eu usei um tutorial do Guia do Hardware para migrar do Lenny para o Squeeze, e percebi que na hora do boot ele chama as duas versões do grub, primeiro ele chama o grub 1.5 e depois o grub2. Como faço para deixar só um?

tentei, mas o sistema informa que o grub2 não está instalado... o problema é que na inicialização aparece grub 1.5, logo depois o grub2

Não está carregando ambos os grubs, está carregando o grub legacy com possibilidade de chamada ao grub2. Há apenas entradas no menu referentes ao grub2. Se quiser tirá-las, comente toda essa parte:

e para atualizar para o grub2? só usar aptitude install grub2?
